You are Corona -chan.

Get out on the street and infect as many people as you can in this silly little arcade -like Cough 'em Up.

Stay home, stay safe and just have some fun.

The game is complete and offers 1 Screen with a neverending supply of targets as well as enemies.

There are power-ups to increase your attack but there's no way to replenish your health (or sickness, or whatever).
