Blast people to collect Rent,

Blast your own Buildings to upgrade, Blast enemy Buildings to downgrade and eventually buy them

Blast empty lots to build:

Apartment Buildings produce people, higher ranked buildings has them pay more rent

Stores generate credits every week + extra money for every apartment building around them, highe ranked stores generate more money

Parks get people to wander around the city more often. They reduce the time for every apartment building around them to produce people. Higher ranked parks reduce the time even more

Fail to reach you credit goal every 5 weeks and you'll lose
